Product and Process Description
The emissions from your facility are directed through the EMISSION CO2NTROL™ module and, in the first process step, guided through microwave irradiation calibrated to your exhaust gases. The molecular compounds of the pollutants are destabilized in this way, and new compounds are formed in the integrated operating medium reservoir. The operating medium is generated from circular economy materials and individually tailored to your emissions.
The enriched operating medium becomes a valuable secondary raw material with high yield potential.
Processed into various materials, the enriched operating media are used in downstream production processes (e.g., for fuels, fertilizers, high-quality construction materials).
The exhaust gas stream leaves the EMISSION CO2NTROL™ module as nearly clean air.
The EMISSION CO2NTROL™ module is extremely economical and can be deployed for flue gas volume flows starting at approximately 2,000 Nm3/h (comparable to the exhaust gas stream of a 500 kW CHP unit).
Due to its modular design and scalability, the EMISSION CO2NTROL™ technology can also be deployed in partial and full volume flows of larger flue gas emitters.
Thus, EMISSION CO2NTROL™ is an important building block for the decarbonization (CO2 reduction) of industrial production and combustion processes for both small and large emitters.
